The dish is perfect for an easy and useful snack or dinner. It will become an alternative to heavy meat dishes due to seafood and vegetables.


Necessary ingredients:



  • squid - 7-8 pieces

  • mixture of vegetables (carrots, beans, peas) - 400 g

  • cream - 200 ml

  • Spices and salt - to taste

  • greens for decoration

First defrost, wash the vegetable mixture. Then we'll salivate her and pepper her. All thoroughly mixed. We'll clean and wash the squid. Inexpensive stuff with their vegetables. Do not stuff a lot of stuffing, because in the process of cooking, they decrease in size, and the filling may fall out. After that, the edges are fastened with toothpicks, so that the vegetables do not spill out during baking. We put squids stuffed with vegetables into a saucepan or a high frying pan, pour cream, salt and pepper to taste. On top, simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.


On the table served warm, before removing the toothpicks.

  • carrots - 1 pc

  • rice - 1/3 cup

  • sour cream - 100 g

  • cheese - 150 g

We clean the squid and boil them in saltedboiling water for about half a minute, digested meat will become stiff and tasteless. In the same broth we boil rice to a degree of readiness of 90%. Cut champignons finely, salt them, and then fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Next, fry carrots, rub cheese. 2/3 of grated cheese, carrots, mushrooms and rice are mixed and stuffed with squid. We thoroughly lubricate the oil with heat oil and put the stuffed squid there. Top with sauce (sour cream + 2-3 tablespoons of broth from cooking seafood), sprinkle with the remaining cheese. We send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes.


When serving, you can cut the carcasses, decorate the finished dish with herbs.

  • Grated hard cheese with cucumber, garlic and mayonnaise.

  • Rice with shrimps and boiled eggs.

  • Boiled rice with overcooked vegetables (tomatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms, parsley and dill). Vegetables after roasting are mixed with a small amount of flour, salt, pepper and greens.
