Cooking method:




  1. First we knead the dough for the cakes. Blender eggs, vanilla and 200 g of sugar with a blender or a mixer. Extinguish soda with vinegar and add to egg foam. Then pour 200 g of sour cream and 200 g of flour. Stir thoroughly. We should get a fairly thick dough of a homogeneous consistency.


  2. Form the baking sheet with parchment, greasea piece of butter and pour 1/3 of the dough. Each biscuit is baked at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes. Look in the oven and check whether the match is a match with a toothpick. All the prepared cakes put on a dish and leave to cool.


  3. Now go to the preparation of sour cream. Whisk 400 g of sour cream, a bag of vanilla sugar and 80 grams of granulated sugar.

  • if you want to make a cake more festive, add food coloring or beet juice to the cream for color.
