Lasagne with mushrooms and sweet pepper


To prepare 4 servings of lasagna you will need:



  • 15 grams of dried mushrooms

  • 2 small zucchini

  • 2 pods of red pepper

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable and butter

  • 1 tbsp. spoon of dry thyme

  • 250 g of mozzarella cheese

  • 250 ml of tomato juice

  • 200 g of cream

  • nutmeg

  • 12 sheets of lasagna

  • salt pepper


Preparation




  1. Fungi soak in 50 ml of water. Zucchini and pods of sweet pepper cut into small cubes. Onions and garlic chopped.


  2. Put out the mushrooms with water in a vegetable oil, onions. garlic and vegetables for 10 min. Season with thyme, salt and pepper.


  3. Cut the cheese into cubes. Beat tomato juice with cream, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg


  4. Sheets of lasagna spread out in the form, shiftinglayers of vegetables, cheese and tomato sauce. Finish with a lasagna plate. Top with butter flakes and cheese cubes. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 ° C.
