One of the difficulties faced bywomen who decided to go on a diet - this is what a few days, or even weeks in a row have to limit themselves in the diet. Not everyone is given this easily. Now if it were possible to alternate "hungry" days and a normal diet ... This is possible: it is on this principle that the striped diet.
The striped diet got its name due to the fact that during the diet one day of normal nutrition alternates with one day off (usually a hard mono-diet day). Of course, there is no need to expect rapid results, but one can also sit on such a diet for a relatively long time.
But keep in mind that even on "normal" days should adhere to a healthy diet, reducing the consumption of fatty and smoked food,alcohol, sweets and the like. Leaning on food after a "hungry" day, you will only make your body worse. Therefore, eat in moderation and give preference to healthy food.

Striped diet on yogurt
Perhaps, the most famous variant of this diet is the kefir striped diet. During the fasting days need to eatonly kefir (in extreme cases, you can additionally eat 1-2 unsweetened apples). In day it is necessary to drink one and a half liters of kefir (with fat content of 1%), having broken this dose into 5-6 receptions.
You can replace kefir with low-fat bio-yogurt or mineral still water. In principle, a fasting day can be based on any mono-diet - if only you liked the chosen product. Before choosing a product, consult a doctor. For example, a striped diet based on kefir is contraindicated in people who suffer from gout, rheumatism, rickets or high acidity of gastric juice.
Protein-Carbohydrate Striped Diet
There is another variant of the striped diet, designed for ten days. This diet includes five "protein" and five "carbohydrate" days, replacing each other in turn. During the whole diet should avoid the use of salt and spices. Every day you need to drink at least 2 liters of water. The meal time should be evenly distributed until 7 pm.

Immediately after awakening, drink a glass of warmwater. For breakfast - boiled egg and salad greens or any green vegetables. The remaining 3-4 meals - boiled chicken (total 700-800 g per day). Cook the chicken as follows: pour the bird with water, bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then drain the water, pour the chicken with fresh water and cook until ready.
Diet of carbohydrate day
During carbohydrate days, you need to eat 1-1.5 kgany vegetables (except potatoes), breaking into 5-6 receptions. Vegetables can be eaten raw, as well as boil, stew or blanch. It is best to combine in each meal a salad of fresh vegetables and any dish from cooked vegetables.
You can, say, cook "salad-brush»: grate raw beets, 1 raw carrot, several leaves of cabbage and 1/4 of the average apple. Thoroughly mix everything, fill 1 tablespoon. water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, carefully wring out.
Please note that such a striped diet is not recommended for people who have stomach problems.
Striped diet (both kefir, and protein-carbohydrate) - fairly sparing. It does not promise an instant striking result, but its effect is fixed for a long time. In addition, a sharp weight loss - stress for the whole body, and a striped diet protects you from this stress.
Such a diet suits those who are not able to sit on debilitating diets. But before you sit down on it, it is better to consult your doctor: any change in diet, even if notradical, can adversely affect our body, especially if there are any health problems (and finding an absolutely healthy person in our time is quite difficult).
