Day four


Breakfast: 1 tbsp. tomato juice, boiled egg (1 pc.), tea with lemon.

Dinner: one grapefruit, a large portion of a salad of green vegetables or carrots, dressed with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice, a toast or a slice of bread.

Dinner: 400 grams of stewed or boiled vegetables (celery, carrots, beets, cabbage, zucchini), tea, grapefruit juice or one grapefruit at bedtime.



Day five


Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple), tea with lemon or coffee.

Dinner: one big baked potato, 200 g of green vegetable salad or cabbage salad.

Dinner: 250 g fish fillet or chicken breasts or 200 g lean beef, baked tomato or tomato juice, grapefruit juice or one grapefruit at bedtime.



Days of the sixth or seventh


These days you can choose a menu of any of the previous days.



During the grapefruit diet, you need to drink plenty of water (at least eight glasses a day). Coffee is allowed to drink, but not more than one cup per day - otherwise you can break the insulin balance. It is necessary to eat at the same time, do not snack between meals and eat plenty.
