Once our great-grandmothers in the kitchen helped cooks, today, modern housewives are helped by all kinds of kitchen appliances, the real queen among which can rightly be considered a multivar.


Meat in creamy sauce is a simple recipe, the products for cooking which can be found in the refrigerator. A sauce will give the meat a new taste and make it more soft and juicy.






This recipe was developed for the multivark DEX DMC-55, but it is suitable for almost any model, since the functions of "frying" and "quenching" are almost all firms.

  • pork 200g

  • onions 1 pc.

  • cream (20% fat and above) 100 ml

  • flour 1 tbsp. l.

  • salt

  • ground black pepper

  • sunflower oil


Cooking method:


First of all, we clean the bulb from the shell and crush it.

Pour a teaspoon of sunflower oil into the pot of the multivark.

Pour the chopped onion into a saucepan. Evenly distributing it on the bottom of the pan.

Turn on the function "Frying" and set the time, if it allows the multivarker. For frying onions, 10 minutes is enough.

While the onion is fried, which does not need to be disturbed and which you do not need to watch, we cut the meat.

In passing, you can clean a couple of potatoes and put them to cook on the stove. From potatoes, we then cook the mashed potatoes for a side dish. The multivarker gave a signal, which means that the onions were fried.

Add to the pan multivarka finely chopped meat.

We choose the function "Hot", we set the time to 30 minutes. While the multivariate is cooking meat, it's time to make a creamy sauce and crumble the green salad.

So, prepare the sauce. In a cream slowly we pour in flour, well stirring.

The goal is to stir the flour in the cream so that there are no lumps.

In the sauce, add a teaspoon of salt and freshly groundpepper. You can optionally add some more spices to the meat. In our recipe, only salt and pepper were used. It should be noted that the salt is added only at the end with the sauce, when the meat is ready, so it turns out to be softer. In order to make the sauce more delicious, you can add a tablespoon of butter. However, do not forget that this will increase the calorie content of the dish.

Pour our creamy sauce into the meat. We select the "Quenching" function and if the multivark functions allow, set the time to 10 minutes.

In our case, the minimum time that can be set is half an hour, so we'll just turn off the multivark before the signal sounds.

The meat was slightly extinguished with the sauce and ready forfiling on the table. As you can see the sauce we did not have a lot, but it was planned. If you like to make the sauce a lot, just double the amount of cream and flour in the recipe.
