Grated cake

Is there a sweet tooth here? There is?! Then everyone is here! If you have not tried this grated cake, you lost a lot! Light and crumbly, it is cooked with various sweet
stuffing: berries, fruit or jam. The country of the Soviets recommends and treats!
Grated cake
2 eggs
250 g of margarine
4 cups of flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons soda
Filling:
5 pieces. apples
1/2 cup sugar
Cooking method:
Prepare the filling - we rub apples on a grater and mix with sugar. You can add cinnamon on the tip of the knife or vanillin.
Eggs grind with sugar, add melted margarine, salt, soda, sifted flour. It is good to knead the dough.
Separate about 1/4 of the finished dough and put it in the freezer.
The remaining dough is divided in half. Put one half on a baking tray, greased and sprinkled with flour. Roll out the dough into any shape - round
or rectangular. At the top of the rolled dough lay the grated apples.
Cover our future cake with the second part of the dough rolled in the same shape.
Tip: The second layer of the test can be laid out in pieces, if you can not lay out a whole layer.
Put the apples on top of the dough.
We take out the frozen dough from the refrigerator and three it on a large grater for a pie, evenly spreading over the entire surface.
Bake in medium heat for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
