You came home after a hard day's work, had supper and gathered to drink tea. And with horror you find out that the last kilogram of sweets has been ruthlessly eaten by your children. what
What should I do? With what to drink tea? The country of the Soviets will not let you lose courage and share an excellent and simple baking recipe. Fast pie will be on your table in 25 minutes.
You only need 5 minutes to prepare the dough, and 20 minutes for baking.
Fast pie
For the test:
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour (with a slide)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of soda
any berries (200 gr) or cut into small slices apples (3-4 pieces) - all to taste, but you can and without them.
Cooking method:
In a mixer, whip the eggs with sugar and salt to a lush foam. Add the sifted flour and mix gently with a spoon, so as not to precipitate the mass. When stirring, put into the dough
dampened with vinegar soda. Now, if there are berries or apples - add them to the dough and gently mix. Put the finished product in a greased and flour-filled form.
On top of the dough, lightly sprinkle with sugar - fast pie will turn out with a mouth-watering crispy crust.
In a preheated to 180 degree oven, put your work of art on for 20 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 10 minutes of baking the cake. Dough
can settle. Better admire the process through the oven window. After 20 minutes, check your fast pie for availability - puncture gently in the middle with a toothpick
baking. If the toothpick was wet - then the cake should be baked for a few more minutes.
