Pancakes with meat



To prepare the pellicar with meat we will need:



  • 600 ml of milk

  • 250 g of flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Sahara

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 250 g minced meat

  • 1 carrot

  • Vegetable oil for roasting minced meat and frying pancakes

  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste


Carrots mine, we clean and we rub on a small grater. Lightly fry minced meat, add carrots, salt, pepper to taste and fry minced meat with carrots until ready.



Then we prepare the dough for pancakes. Thoroughly beat eggs with a teaspoon of salt, add some milk. We sift the flour and pour it into the dough. Stirring the dough, add the remaining milk to it. It is very important to ensure that no lumps form in the test. The consistency of the finished dough should resemble a thin sour cream.



Well heat the frying pan for pancakes, greaseher vegetable oil and fry her thin pancakes. In the center of each pancake, put a tablespoon of roasted minced meat, and wrap the pancake with a envelope. You can serve envelopes at once, or you can fry them in butter before serving.



Pancakes with chicken meat



To prepare pancakes with chicken under a piquant mayonnaise sauce with pickled cucumbers, we will need:



  • 200 g of flour

  • 2 tbsp. milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp. Sahara

  • 2 tsp. baking powder

  • 300 g of mushrooms

  • 200 g of boiled chicken fillet

  • 200 g of hard cheese

  • 100 g of pickled cucumber

  • 7 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic

  • vegetable oil, salt


For the beginning we will prepare pancakes. To make a dough, we'll shoot eggs with salt and sugar. Then add to the eggs milk, 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil and carefully move the mixer or fork. Then add the flour, baking powder and again thoroughly mix. In the finished test there should be no lumps.



Preheat the frying pan, lightly spread itbutter and fry thin pancakes. To spread the dough evenly, you need to pour the dough into the middle of the pan and turn it slightly. Turn the pancake when the bottom becomes golden, and fry on the second side for only a few seconds. After removing the pancake from the frying pan, put it with the toasted side down.



Now you can prepare the filling. Mushrooms are cleaned (if they were frozen - then defrost) and cut into slices. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates completely. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, cheese finely chopped or three on an average grater. Mix the fillets, cheese and mushrooms, salt to taste.



To cook the sauce, chop the greens and finelywe cut marinated cucumbers, and garlic is passed through garlic. We mix mayonnaise, garlic, greens and cucumbers. In the center of each pancake, put the filling, fold the pancake with a convertible, pour the sauce and serve it to the table.
