Nylon: recipe for cookingNalivniki are thin pancakes made from unleavened dough, into which various fillings are wrapped, a traditional dish of Ukrainian cuisine. Maslenitsa is in full swing, which means it's time to cook pylons! The recipe of the peasants you will find in the Land of Soviets.



Traditional stuffing for nastnikov - home-made cottage cheese, but you can prepare them with other fillings,sweet and unsweetened. You can stuff nails with mushrooms, meat, porridges, caviar, jam, berries, raisins ... Serve them usually with sour cream. But whatever you put on the pancakes, their recipe will remain practically unchanged.



Pincers with cottage cheese



Cottage cheese is a classic filling that is putin the pylons. The recipe for simple nalistnikov with cottage cheese we already told, so we suggest a little fantasy: along with cottage cheese wrap in a pancake banana and bake them in a gentle sour cream and strawberry cream. We will need the following products.



For the peasants

  • 0.5 liters of water

  • 0.5 liters of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 360 ml of flour

  • 50 ml of vegetable oil

  • for 0.5 tsp. salt, soda and sugar


For filling

  • 250 g cottage cheese

  • 3-4 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream or 1 egg

  • 1 banana


For cream

  • 200 ml of sour cream

  • half-packs of strawberry cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 1-2 tbsp. l. Sahara

  • cinnamon (optional)


Milk is mixed with water. We connect eggs, flour, salt, sugar, soda and half of the liquid and beat well, so that there are no lumps. Gradually add the remaining liquid, constantly mixing. At the end, add the vegetable oil and mix again. We bake from both sides in a well-heated frying pan.



Then we prepare the filling. Cottage cheese we rub with sugar, a banana we mash in mashed potatoes. We combine cottage cheese, banana puree and sour cream (or egg), mix thoroughly. We start each pancake about 1 tbsp. l. filling and wrapped in a square. Fold the pellicles in the form of a seam down.



Now we prepare the cream: Sour cream whisked with sugar and shop strawberry cream, add eggs and whisk again. We fill the pellicles with cream and sprinkle with cinnamon (or you can just add it to the cream immediately). Bake pancakes for 15 minutes in the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees, served warm.



Shamrocks with meat



Perhaps, the second most popular filling for palkers is meat. If you are waiting for guests, try to prepare them nastniki, the recipe of which offers the Country of Soviets. For cooking we will need such ingredients.



For the test

  • 0.5 liters of milk

  • 200 g of flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp. l. sour cream

  • 1 tsp. Sahara

  • salt to taste


For filling

  • 300 g of boiled meat

  • 2 onions

  • 1 tbsp. l. butter

  • 1 egg

  • ground pepper, salt


For roasting

  • 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • vegetable oil

  • margarine or butter


First we prepare the dough. Eggs are rubbed with sour cream and sugar, salt to taste, pour a glass of milk and mix well. Add the flour and stir again so that there are no lumps. Pour the remainder of the milk and mix until homogeneous. Fry nastniki in a small skillet in oil or fat. At the same time, one side should be roasted until red, and the second - only dried.



For the filling, the boiled meat is ground tomeat grinder. Onion finely chopped, fry in butter. Add the onion, pepper, salt to the meat, drive in the egg and knead it. If the filling is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp. l. water or broth.



We put the filling on the ruddy side of the pancakes,we twist into rolls. Dipped in a beaten egg, crumbled in breadcrumbs and fry from all sides in vegetable oil with margarine or butter.
