Liver cake
Do you want to surprise your guests with something new? Offer them a cake of ... liver! Unlike other meat dishes, it can be cooked in advance, and then do not rush from the festive table to the oven and back to New Year's Eve.

To prepare this dish you will need these products:
- liver of beef - 700 g
- carrots - 200 g
- onions - 200 g
- flour - 100 g
- milk - 100 ml
- raw eggs - 2 pieces
- hard boiled eggs - 3 pieces
- mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
- garlic
- salt
- tomatoes and greens for decoration
Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Lightly fry onions in vegetable oil, then sprinkle carrots and fry well.
Squeeze garlic through garlic or finelychop and mix with mayonnaise. Raw beef liver cleanse from the film and pass through the meat grinder. Stuff in the liver two raw eggs, pour the milk and mix thoroughly. Pour the flour in the same place, season with salt and mix again.
Lubricate it with butter and fry itpancakes from the liver dough over medium heat. One pancake is fried for five minutes on each side. Turn pancakes carefully so that they do not break.
Warm pancake on a dish and greasegarlic mayonnaise. Top with an even layer lay onions and carrots (calculate so that fried carrots with onions are enough for every pancake). Cover with the next pancake and alternate the layers until the pancakes run out. Ready cake sprinkled with grated steep eggs, and decorate the top with greens and slices of tomatoes.
