Step-by-step instruction




  1. For cooking, you can use any chicken parts - shin, thigh, wings, back, chest. Rinse the chicken in cool water and allow it to dry on a paper towel.


  2. Fry chicken in sunflower oil untilformation of a beautiful golden crust and folded into a 4.5-liter kazanok. Add peppercorns, bay leaves, squeeze out the garlic. Pour the meat with water and put on the stew for 30 minutes.

Step-by-step instruction




  1. Chicken fillet washed, dried with a paper towel. Chop into small pieces.


  2. Fry the fillets in vegetable oil on a quick fire, so that the crust has a ruddy color, and the middle remained raw. Fold pieces of chicken in pots.


  3. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes with an edge of 1.5 cm. Fold in pots so that a third of the container remains empty.


  4. Onion finely chop, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Sprinkle the vegetables in the vegetable oil and lay them on top of the potatoes. There also send dry spices and salt.


  5. Pour the potatoes with chicken and vegetables to the top with broth.


  6. Put the pots, covered with lids, in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Then get it, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.

Step-by-step instruction
