Put the kiwi on the dough so that the entire surface is uniformly covered. In a glass bowl, beat the eggs, gradually pouring the cream. Add half of the powdered sugar and cognac. The resulting mass through a strainer to pour on kiwi. Place pizza in a hot oven for another 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. To serve warm to the table.
