In the fight against excess weight, we often lose because in our minds the formula has already firmly consolidated: "Everything useful is not tasty, but everything that is tasty is harmful." But Are all these "harmful" products really harmful?

Beef same, pork and lamb, for example, refer to red meat, which is digested worse, and fat contains more, and in general, increases the risk of diseases of the cardiovascular system.
So, is meat a harmful product? In fact, red meat itself is absorbed by the human body well, but in combination with potatoes or beans - not very. Both white and red meat contains essential amino acids, which are simply not available from other sources. In addition, red meat is a unique source of easily digestible iron, while from plant sources iron is assimilated by an order of magnitude worse.
Harmful becomes meat in combination with potatoes,beans, deep-fried meat, various meat sausages and sausages. It is more useful for health and for growing thin to use fresh meat in a boiled, baked kind, meat, steamed. So it preserves the maximum of useful substances and does not harm the figure.

Black chocolate is also rich in magnesium, which helps cope with anemia and chronic fatigue.
Another thing, milk chocolate. In such chocolate all the useful properties of cocoa are simply leveled by the huge content of sugar and milk. Therefore, milk chocolate, all kinds of chocolate bars are harmful products.
Sweets. The situation with sweets is in many respects similar toas described above. Sweets can also be both harmful and useful. To useful sweets, you can safely refer to dried fruits, because the sugar contained in them is fruity, which means that it is well absorbed by the body.
Sweet pastries, sweets, all kinds of sweetcreams, mousses - harmful if they contain white refined sugar, which, unlike fruit, is not practically digested, but "remains" on the waist and hips. Moreover, sweet dishes, as a rule, consist of many different ingredients that do not always combine - this leads to difficulty digestion.
But one of the main dangers that conceal sweets is a sharp decrease in the sense of proportion. Therefore sweet tooth is so difficult to stop on one portion, one piece of cake.

Butter. Oil is practically fat in its pure form. And this is not only its main drawback, but also the main advantage. Saturated and unsaturated fats are periodically needed by our body, because, for example, vitamin A dissolves only in fats. In butter contains vitamins E and D, which help renew and strengthen the skin.
The harmful oil becomes if it is wronguse. Do not fry foods in butter - during cooking, many harmful substances are formed. Butter is better in a fresh form a thin layer of oil on black bread - to get your portion of vitamins.
