Cunning little bits
Bottles are small cutlets from chopped meat. Why are our little bits cunning? because

Cunning little bits
600 grams of meat (veal or chicken fillet)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of starch (or flour)
3 pcs. heads of onions
2 eggs
salt
pepper

Cut the meat into small pieces (approximately 2х2 cm). Salt and pepper. Upload
vegetable oil, mayonnaise and starch. Finely chop the onions and add them to the meat
weight. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Tip: Onions can be added either raw or fried.
Before you begin to fry the bitlets, add to the meat mass a couple of uncooked
eggs. Stir well.
Spreading a lot of spoon, fry the crochet should be on both sides in vegetable oil under
cover.
Serve on the table in a hot form, sprinkled with grated cheese and greens on top.
