How to cook pink salmon with soft and sour cream
Pink salmon is very tasty and healthy fish. It is especially successful with cream and sour cream sauces, which make it especially delicate and, at the same time, spicy. Such dishes are indispensable for a family dinner, because the simplicity of cooking will please even after a long day of work. The main thing is to follow all the rules of the recipe.
Method number 1. How delicious to prepare pink salmon with sour cream in the oven?
For this recipe, you can use a whole fish, as well as its individual pieces. For a wonderful dinner for 2 servings you will need 400 g of fish meat.
Products:
pink salmon - 400 g;
seasonings to taste;
100 g of cheese;
1 tbsp. boiled water;
a couple of spoons of fresh sour cream, can be homemade;
1 tsp wheat flour;
greens to taste.
Description of the stages of preparation:
Prepare a fish: it should be fresh, cleaned and thoroughly washed.
Cut it into slices. The thickness is about 5 cm. Sprinkle with salt, seasonings.
Mix sour cream with flour and spices.
Lay the fillets on a baking sheet, pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in a preheated oven to 220 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice or other light garnish.
Method number 2. Fried pink salmon with sour cream sauce in the frying pan
This is another very simple way. It takes only 40 minutes and a little desire.
So, we take:
500 g of red fish fillet;
1 onion;
3.5 tbsp. sour cream;
1 tbsp. flour;
salt / pepper / seasoning;
fats for frying.
We proceed as follows:
Prepare the pieces. It can be ready sliced or steaks - as you like. Clean the blanks, wipe them with a paper towel from the moisture and leave to "rest" for 5 minutes.
"Marinate" the fish in seasonings. You can use a special mixture of spices.
We lay the pieces in breadcrumbs and fry until they are rosy in the heated pan. After that, we remove them and put them in a separate bowl, you can on napkins - to absorb fat.
Fry in the same frying pan onions, cut into half rings. When it starts to shine, we put fillets to it.
Prepare gravy. Mix sour cream, water, salt, flour.
Fill with gravy fish pieces with onions.
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for up to 20 minutes.
Method number 3. Delicate pink salmon in sour cream sauce with vegetables
Terrific delicious and light dinner is obtained if you combine tender fillets with vegetables.
You will need:
1 pink salmon, or 500 g of pure fillet;
cream - 350 g;
spices to fish - to taste;
1 onion;
2 tomatoes;
red sweet pepper;
1 carrot;
cheese - 100 g;
vegetable oil.
Cooking process:
Cut the hunchback and add salt.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the cream and 1 teaspoon of salt. You can add various spices if there are preferences. Stir to a homogeneous consistency.
Put the fish in a creamy marinade for 15 minutes.
Prepare the side dish: cut large onions, peppers, 1 tomato cubes, grate the carrots.
Add everything to the other components. To stir thoroughly.
Lubricate the pan and transfer steaks with garnish.
Top with a second tomato cut into slices. All wipe with cheese.
Cover the baking tray with foil and put in an oven heated to a temperature of 180 degrees.
Bake for at least an hour.
Note! There is a possibility that when baking, the cheese will harden and cover the dish with a dry crust. This problem can be avoided: it is enough to pour the topmost layer of cheese with sour cream and evenly distribute it. This move will not spoil the result, but will make the dish even more juicy, soft and tender enough.
You can serve with any side dish. Very juicy in combination with rice and mashed potatoes with the addition of milk and butter.
