squids - 4 medium carcasses
white onions - 3 pcs
garlic - 3 teeth
soy sauce - 4 tbsp
vinegar - 50 gr
salt - 1 tsp

Step-by-step instruction
Prepare a marinade of 200 grams of boiling water, sugar, vinegar and salt. Pour it peeled and cut into strips or half rings of onions. Leave for an hour and a half in the refrigerator.
