How to cook delicious meatballs



Each housewife has her own recipecooking meatballs, and in different countries this dish is prepared in completely different ways. For example, in the Czech Republic they are simply stewed in tomato sauce, not frying. In fact, they are like cutlets, they are prepared from minced meat, but the difference is that various groats are added to the meatballs. And in Sweden - they are quite small and serve them with sweet jam. But, whatever the culinary preferences are, it is always useful to know how to make delicious meatballs from minced meat or rice. Ingredients




  • pork or ground beef - 700 g


  • rice - 2/3 cup


  • eggs - 2 pcs.


  • bulb - 1 pc.


  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l.


  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.


  • vegetable oil - 50 g


  • flour - 1 tsp. with a slide


  • salt and pepper to taste



Preparation




  1. Stuffing can be bought in the store, or cook yourself, by buying lean meat and grinding it in a meat grinder.


  2. Rice boil until half cooked, cool, without rinsing add to ground meat.


  3. We add egg, salt and pepper there.


  4. Form small balls and lightly press down. We drop each in flour and fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Meat should be slightly golden in color.


  5. Fried meatballs put in a pan or in a deep baking tray, if you are going to put out the dish in the oven.


  6. Prepare gravy. Finely chop the onions and fry in a skillet until golden brown.


  7. We pour out the flour into the pan, and when it turns yellow a little. Add the same sour cream and mix well.


  8. As soon as the sour cream begins to boil actively, pour a little water into the frying pan and mix it quickly and intensively so that no lumps form. Now you can add tomato paste.


  9. After the gravy has boiled, add the right amount of boiling water so that after pouring into the pan, the meatballs were completely covered with sauce. If necessary, gravy can be salted.


  10. Try not to take up all the pot,because the rice was not completely welded. We put them on fire, and after repeated boiling reduce the temperature to a minimum and boil the dish for another 20 minutes. It is better if, after turning off the fire, the meatball is still standing in a saucepan for a while and soaked with juice.

How to cook delicious meatballs



Ingredients for filling:




  • stuffing - 600 g


  • rice - 200 g


  • egg - 1 pc.


  • onion - 2 pcs.


  • cooking oil for frying


  • flour for breading


  • salt and pepper



Ingredients for gravy:




  • onions - 2 pcs.


  • Average carrots - 2 pcs.


  • broth or water - 500 ml


  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp. l.


  • Bay leaf


  • salt pepper



Cooking procedure




  1. Rice is poured with hot water in a 1:2, water the salt and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, reduce the fire to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook until fully prepared. To ensure that the groats do not stick to the bottom of the pan, it should be mixed several times during cooking.


  2. In the minced meat, add finely chopped ortwisted on a meat grinder bow, add to it cooled rice, egg, salt and pepper. If the mass appears to be liquid, put it for a while in the refrigerator.


  3. We make small balls of ground meat with rice. To prevent meat from sticking to your hands, constantly moisten your palms with water.


  4. Fry meatballs on vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.


  5. We prepare the sauce for the dish. Vegetables for him need to be cut the way you like more. Shink onions and carrots. Pour the vegetable oil on a frying pan and lightly fry the onions. Then add carrots to it, and stirring constantly, bring it to the state of soft softening.


  6. Pour tomato paste to the vegetables and dilute the mixture a little with water. If desired, you can add salt or spices. Simmer the sauce for no more than 15 minutes.


  7. We pour into the pan part of gravy, lay out on it meatballs and pour the remaining sauce. Cover the lid, bring to a boil and let it puff for another 20 minutes.
