Spring diet
Each of us wants to look at all 100every day regardless of the time of year. But it is spring that is the time for change. And not only external, but also "internal". From hard, hot food it's time to switch to something light, airy, useful. Try at this time to enrich your diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, sauerkraut, fish, shrimps, salads with sea kale, and seafood, which will make up for iodine deficiency in the body.
Do not forget also about sour-milk products,supporting the balance of microflora in the intestine. The spring diet is designed not so much for losing weight, how many to cleanse the body of toxins and toxins. The basis of the diet - low-protein foods, which consist of complex carbohydrates and fiber. During the diet should limit the amount of sugar and fat.
The spring diet is carried out for a week and allows you to lose up to 4 kg of excess weight.
Breakfast: 125 g. cottage cheese, 2-3 crackers or toast, a spoon of honey, tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch: 1-2 any fruit and green vegetables: Bulgarian pepper, cucumbers, etc.
Dinner: a bowl of soup without fat (okroshka, vegetable, beetroot), lean beef, veal or boiled chicken without skin, 3 tbsp. l. green peas and fresh vegetables for garnish.
Afternoon snack: 1-2 crackers or toast, vegetables, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 125 gr. cottage cheese.
Dinner: 1-2 any fruit, 1 dietary yogurt.
Before each meal, you need to drink 200 ml. still mineral water. Of the drinks can be green tea. Drink juices, the best freshly squeezed. They contain all the necessary amino acids, mineral salts, enzymes and vitamins, but only if they are prepared from fresh raw vegetables, without the use of any food additives, preservatives, flavorings. Juice for weight loss: half a pink grapefruit, 2 apples. Such juice can be drunk between meals to satisfy the feeling of hunger.
And as soon as the first leaves break through the grounddandelion - use them for medicinal purposes. Juice for the restoration of the body after winter: 2 slices of pineapple, 3 radishes and dandelion. Dandelion and nettle leaves can also be eaten, for example, thrown into a borsch or cut into a salad. Such a quantity of vitamins as here you will not find in any other product (the nettle leaves are recommended for consumption before being eaten with boiling water so that it does not burn).
Another variant of the spring diet involvesthe use of different salads and mineral water. Salads can be prepared from celery, lettuce, cucumber, slices of apples, pods of beans, corn kernels and tomatoes. They are filled with a tablespoon of yogurt mixed with lemon juice, vinegar and spices.
Here are a few recipes. Salad with shrimp: Lettuce leaves are finely chopped (when cuttingcontact with a metal knife gives an oxidative reaction, killing part of the vitamins), add the boiled shrimp, olives and dill. Season with lemon juice.
"Spring" salad: boil the potatoes, peel it and cut intosmall cubes. Then sprinkle it with vegetable oil. Also cut fresh cucumbers and onions, you can add an apple. The final touch is green peas. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly with low-fat sour cream or yoghurt.
Salad with radish and cucumber: 2 medium cucumber, 400 gr. radish, 100 gr. lettuce, 2 eggs, green onions. We cut everything, mix it with 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Add dill and salt. It is good to use instead of ordinary table salt - sea salt. It has a very different taste and, of course, is very useful due to the high content of iodine, which actively influences the thyroid gland, which, in turn, largely depends on a beautiful slender figure.
