Second breakfast: 200 gr. carrot salad, apple, a glass of herbal tea. Lunch: 250 gr. vegetable broth with spices, 200 gr. boiled vegetables. Snack: half a pineapple or 3-4 kiwi. Dinner: 300 gr. leaf lettuce (tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers), a glass of herbal tea or freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice.

2, 5, 9, 12 days. On an empty stomach: a glass of warm boiled water, diluted with lemon juice.
Breakfast: Hercules (steamed 1 tbsp. boiling water), 1 grated apple, a glass of herbal tea. Second breakfast: 100 gr. hazelnut, a glass of freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice. Lunch: 250 gr. vegetarian borscht of celery, onion, parsley, carrot, cabbage and beet, 200 gr. potatoes (boil or bake in the oven, sprinkle with spices and pour a little olive oil before serving), or 200 gr. baked eggplant, a glass of herbal tea. Afternoon snack: 300 gr. salad from fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrots and greens). Dinner: any fruit (apples, kiwi, bananas, pineapples, grapes).

3, 6, 10 and 13 days. On an empty stomach: a glass of warm boiled water, diluted with lemon juice. Breakfast: 200 gr. crumbly buckwheat porridge on the water, a banana, a glass of green tea. The second breakfast: a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and greens, a glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice. Lunch: fish broth, 100 gr. boiled fish, vegetable salad, a glass of herbal tea. Afternoon snack: 300 gr. grapes. Dinner: fruit salad from apples, kiwi, bananas, grapes (200 gr.).

7th and 14th days - Unloading: 2 kg of any fruit or vegetables from the list (during the day in small portions), 4 cups of herbal tea.
