Necessary ingredients:




  • canned pineapple juice - 1/2 cup


  • cornstarch - 1 tbsp. l.


  • water - 3/4 cup


  • sugar - 1/4 cup


  • vinegar - 1/4 cup


  • ketchup - 1 tsp.




On a note! By the glass in the recipe is meant a capacity of 250 ml.


Step-by-step instruction




  1. Mix the pineapple juice, ketchup and vinegar in the saucepan.


  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface, remove the saucepan from the plate.


  3. In a separate container, mix cold water and starch. Stir the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

We offer you a very simple, but incredibletasty creamy sauce called "Alfredo". This dressing is very popular in Italian cuisine and is most often used together with pasta. But with a tender boiled chicken, this creamy sauce is combined simply superbly. In the recipe, you can add a little flour.





Necessary ingredients:




  • Butter - 30 gr.


  • fat cream - 150 ml.


  • Parmesan cheese - 100 gr.


  • salt


  • black pepper




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Melt the butter in a hot frying pan.

    Important! Carefully watch that the oil is not burnt and darkened. The "Alfredo" sauce should be milky white.



  2. Slowly, in a thin trickle, pour the cream to the oil. Stir the dressing constantly so that no lumps form. Use a wooden spoon - it will not allow the sauce to burn and will not spoil its delicate consistency.


  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. But do not overdo it with spices - you should feel a creamy, rather than a pungent taste.


  4. Bring the mixture to a boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface, reduce the fire to a minimum.


  5. Continue stirring the boiling sauce for about 5 minutes.


  6. Now the sauce has thickened enough and it can be removed from the plate.


  7. In a warm mixture, add finely grated cheese. Stir the sauce until smooth.


  8. Cool the sauce for salt and pepper. If the taste suits you, pour "Alfredo" tender chicken fillet and enjoy its unique creamy taste.







Dietary sauce for chicken - step by step recipe

Necessary ingredients:




  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.


  • Greek yoghurt - 250 ml


  • mustard powder - 1 tbsp. l.


  • yolk - 3 pcs.


  • ground ginger


  • turmeric


  • caraway


  • curry




Step-by-step instruction




  1. Whip the raw yolks together with the powdered mustard with a blender.


  2. Add the yolk-mustard mixture on a pinch of spices: caraway, curry, ginger and turmeric. Stir thoroughly.


  3. Pour the resulting mixture into yogurt. Transfer the sauce to the blender and whisk for at least 5 minutes.


  4. If desired, add finely chopped dill greens to the prepared sauce.
